5.09.2000 Today in Moscow State Court the second processing of the Ministry of foreign affairs diplomat Valentin Moiseev's case began.

He is accused by the Federal Bureau of Safety (FSB) of espionage for South Korea. At the devoted press-conference advocate of the accused Mr. Jury Gervis pointed out to the innocence of the client, trumped-up character of charge and as the result numerous serious violations of Criminal Procedure Code. The defendant noticed that circumstances of the case had changed greatly: remedial organizations, public and mass media paid a due attention to the case.
